There has been an ongoing debate for years as to whether the Google+1 button helps your website reputation and advances your website up the Search Engine Ranks. Many experts claim that it does not help, but just as many experts claim that it does. So, what is the truth? Does it or doesn’t it help your website? The truth is, unless you are actually working at Google, and know which method of crawling and indexing they are currently using, no one really knows.
This is what I can tell you. Social Media is the most used method of business advertising being utilized to date. And if Liking, Tweeting, or giving your web page or blog a +1 gets your information out to the public, it is a good thing.
